From Marc’s role as initial employee in 2000, through his role as VP, PIER™ Platform and Services, Marc maintained a single vision; to increase the capability for effective stakeholder communication by:

As a strategist and communications leader, Marc Mullen provides 20+ years of experience providing subject matter expertise in a number of specializations, including:

- Filled Joint Information Center leadership and support positions in major responses
- Assisted clients in maintaining stakeholder-sensitive communication throughout both response and recovery phases of incidents.
- Developed important Joint Information Center (JIC) strategies that enhance communication with affected stakeholders.
