As a strategist and communications leader, Marc Mullen provides 20+ years of experience providing subject matter expertise in a number of specializations, including:

  • Filled Joint Information Center leadership and support positions in major responses

  • Developed important Joint Information Center (JIC) strategies that enhance communication with affected stakeholders.
